No signal

Hello,

I am hoping someone here can help me because BT support, account managers etc are not able to give me an answer. We used to get a mobile signal with BT mobile/EE in our office about 2 months ago.

Now having migrated 40ish users over from another provider, we discovered there is no signal in our office anymore at all.

I did ask support if anything with the masts in West Swindon has changed recently but they keep blaming the no signal on the structure of the building......the structure hasnt changed in the last 2 months.....and we went from an OK signal to no signal.

Does anyone have any information on removed/worked on network masts in West Swindon?

try the EE/BT network checker 

BT Network Checker

if you migrated that many over it must be classed as a business account. Speak to your account manager
