Not Registered on Network

I have been having a problem with my new Sim for my New Phone. 

 

 I have been unable to use my phone or text or receive any  calls or texts. since I had my Sim replace due to a New Phone

from the 2nd Jan 2018 I have had 3 Sims sent and a 4th one coming tomorrow. When I try to Dial I get 

NOT REGISTERED ON NETWORK.

Has anyone else been having the same trouble.  My old phone worked ok. now with the new sim the old phone has stopped as well.  I feel as if I'm hitting my head off a brick wall, when speaking to the operaters and having to repeat the same thing over and over again.

 

Any anyone advise me what to do next.

I would call the mobile chat team around 8am, it normally sends the calls to the Swansea contact centre rather than liverpool and the EE. It maybe your account needs to be refreshed on the network, I had a smiliar issue when I ported the number in. It showed on my account as complete but didnt refresh on the network. The had someone call me back within an hour and it was all sorted.

 

If you dont get anywhere, ask for a manager to give you a call back! or come back here and ask a moderator for help.
