i ordered a new bt mobile bundle on the 20/11/16 which came with free amazon.co.uk. i claimed for these on the 22/11/16 after activating my sim. ive contacted bt about not receiving them multiple times with no joy in resolving or reveiving the vouchers still can someone please help?
