Not received reward card

I signed up to bt mobile at the beginning of March I’ve paid 2 bills and since then signed up for broadband too and paid the 1st bill of that was told my reward card was dispatched on 4th April and to allow 20 days I’ve still not received it, what do I do now??

Hi @Nataliedp

if you haven’t already done so send a follow up message to the rewards team. Rewards are handled by a third party company and are a bit slow at the moment. Rewards normally take upto 30 days

if you have already sent the follow up message we can get the moderators to chase it up for you.
