My husband and I have the same android phone and both have a BT mobile SIM. I get a text alert whenever someone calls my mobile and leaves a voicemail, but my husband does not.
Can anyone help us resolve this as he didn't realise people were leaving him voicemail.
The only BT guide I can find relates to 1571 on a landline, not BT mobile.
