I've recently changed from O2 to BT. I also moved my number across. There appears to be a problem as the new BT number ending 560 is still showing on my iPhone and when I text people it comes up with this number. However this number does not ring as I've tried it. My actual number (ending 18) works but isn't showing when I text friends. I can't get the iPhone to change numbers to my existing one. I've tried everything. (Switching off, removing sim, etc) Anyone got any ideas please? I'm not very technical so no jargon please ha ha
