In early April, I tried to merge my 2 mobile accounts on to a Family SIM, but in doing so inadvertantly oredered another SIM.
I spoke to BT Mobile who cancelled the extra sim, so , on the face of it all is fine.
However ther is still an outstanding order to "Stop Mobile Service that has been there now for 5 weeks.
Billing is fine, but if I go into account details there are 3 sims showing.
Have tried to phone, but due to current situation waiting times are horrendous.
Is there an email address I could use to raise the query?- the open order is preventing me making changes to my Package
