I ordered an additional SIM last week, and it was delivered a couple of days later, last Friday. However, the order status still shows as Open, so I can't activate the SIM. The order was due to complete yesterday, but it's still sitting on Open. I tried talking to chat, and they just told me that I can't activate it when it's Open, and there's nothing they can do about the status of the order.
Anyone got any ideas what to do?

John, I’ve got exactly the same problem. I did get the mobile chat team to activate my SIM, but the order being stuck means I can’t make any other changes to my account. Can you help get it closed, please? Thanks.
