Ah, interesting that you got the Sim activated in the mean time. How did you go aboit that? Mods, is this something I could get done whilst you sort out the order. I've had the SIM a week now but can't activate it....

How can I move this forwards - it's 2 weeks now and still the order is stuck open and the SIM can't be activated - getting frustrated ....
