I got a text on Tuesday saying that I’d reached my data limit for the month. I got a text today (Thursday) saying that I’ve almost reached my £40 spend cap.
I’ve just just checked my account and it says I am £36.09 over my allowance. I’ve checked that too, and I have used 10.25gb and my allowance it 10gb, how has 0.25gb cost £36?!?!?!
