I'm not one to post of things like this to complain but my experience with BT has been so infuriating I literally don't know what else to do to get it sorted.
For the past 6+ months I have been overcharged for a mobile phone I do not have. I have contacted BT multiple times now and been told by 3 separate people that it will be or is sorted.
I have raised a complaint and then been directed to speak to a Values team and then inform the complaints department of the issues status with the Values team. Why should I have to be a go between for a problem they caused?
I have never dealt with such incompetent customer service in my life. I'll be cancelling everything as soon as my contract is up because this is disgraceful.
Hi @digitaldylantoddni I can see that after we spoke the Executive Level Complaints Team took over your complaint. I've checked and they were in touch with you on Friday afternoon and resolved this issue with you.
