I texted to 65075 PAC at 09.17 this morning waited 15 minutes no reply. Had a look in this forum for advice, someone suggested using lowercase still no joy. It’s now 9.53 according to Ofcom I should have had a reply in ONE minute.
Hi @Seventhx welcome to the forum and thanks for posting. Sorry that you have not received the PAC. Have a look at How do I request switching information and you may need to log into your online account or call the BT Mobile team if you have multiple numbers.
