I thought switching was meant to be easier now. Text PAC to the number and they are unable to do this over text, so rang the number suggested, on hold for ages. Given a PAC code eventually but when tried to use this doesnt work. Texted again, rang and waited again.....Finally told we would get an email within 24 hours. Now two days later and no email and trying to ring again. Feels really obstructive!
