PDP authentication failure

I recently changed providers from Virgin Media to BT, getting a new sim. I then changed my old phone number to my my new sim, at first my data worked but then a few days ago it stopped working, saying it was a PDP authentication failure. I have tried online solutions; taking the sim out and restarting the phone, and resetting network setting but my data is still not working. I have an iPhone se. I don't know what else to do? Thank you
