Parental controls blocking sites when turned off

I'm using a mobile and the 4G connection, not Wi-Fi, parental controls in my account show as off, phoned bt who said they are off. Person at bt even tried turning the settings back on and then off again but still the websites state that it's being blocked by bt parental controls.

How do I fix this?

Re: Parental controls blocking sites when turned off

@penrose_robert  have you tried disabling the BT mobile parental controls by logging into this site www.bt.com/mymobile using your BT ID?

Re: Parental controls blocking sites when turned off

Hi,

Thanks for the reply. I have done this and it says it's off, I've also called BT 4 times today with no one able to explain why it's still blocking sites.

Re: Parental controls blocking sites when turned off

Hi @penrose_robert

Thanks for posting back and confirming that you've tried making the changes on your MyBT account.

something is amiss as it's showing as off yet it's still blocking the sites.  We will need your details to take a closer look at this for you.
