Just downloaded the my bt app to replace but mobile one. Have a family plan with 5 contracts. have managed to add 3 of these to individual ids so they can access their own data remaining. problem is that the 4th one will not send invitation link. have filled the form in at least 10 times and it says it’s done but no email link is sent.
it confirms that personalisation is complete, but when I log in the sims are not personalised. Have tried different browsers. is there a problem with the site today or am I doing something wrong?
Hi @dmc1 welcome to the forum and sorry that you are not able to personalise all your BT Mobile Sims.
As you have completed 3 requests successfully it may have been a problem with the site or that Mobile Sim. Clear your cookies and cache and try again and if it's still not working ring in and speak with our Mobile team who will be able to look into this further for you.
Thanks for the reply. problem is I rang yesterday and was told you cannot have separate Id so my kids would need my login to see their usage. done some research myself and found out you could. therefore not convinced they will be much help to be honest. will try and report back.
