Hello all, I ordered a new mobile phone and sim contract on Sunday and it said they would arrive yesterday (Wednesday) but have not even been dispatched yet was really looking forward to my new phone. Not happy at all. Any idea how I should proceed? I'm tempted to just cancel the order.
BT got back to me and said there has been some delay (duh) and the phone should be delivered by Monday at the latest. Just glad to get confirmation of delay etc its a shame I have to go out of my way to find out whats going on. Thanks for the reply.
