I'm trying to order a family Sim via the website and I get so far to then get a message saying I can't continue online but can ring.... I don't want to speak to someone mainly as I wish to benefit from a cashback offer - please can anyone advise

Yes I got an error code - tried mobile chat team who couldn't help but gave me a phone number. Three telephone calls later and being passed from department to department I got sorted. Have to say it wasn't a recommended experience!
