Plus Customer- Extra Speed 4G not enabled on two mobiles
BT Plus customer with three mobiles linked to my BT account, all have double data perk enabled. However, only one mobile has the extra speed 4G perk enabled, therefore two of the mobiles do not have this perked enabled. How can I get this issue rectified? Both mobiles support 4G, so I am led to believe that these devices should also support extra speed 4G.
It's good to see you back on the Community. I'm sorry to see that the BT Plus benefits haven't been added onto your two Mobiles. If you contact the Mobile Chat Team they'll be able to get that added for you.
