Poor BT mobile signal

What a joke the BT mobile signal is in my house, hardly getting 1 bar and phone goes onto voicemail nearly all the time, I moved away from a contract which I had for 15 years to save a bit of money and I have ran up a phone bill on my wife's phone as I cannot use my phone when in the house, I was told the signal was good and it's anything but...I want to cancel this and go back to my old provider as this is a mess

Re: Poor BT mobile signal

Hi @snappypass

If you have just started your contract you have 30 days to cancel.

No network can gaurantee indoor coverage, it is pretty much try and see as they can not see what buildings are made from.

You can use wifi calling if a handset supports it, or purchase a BT Signal Assist box which when connected to your internet connection gives you 3g coverage indoors.
