Poor mobile reception at home.

My mobile keeps dropping signal, I raised this with bt and was sent a link to buy a bt signal assist, this has been set up for 5 days now and it is still flashing green, can you confirm if this still needs to be activated by bt and how long should I expect to wait before this happens.

Hi @Gailbaz1,

Welcome to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post. I'm sorry that the BT Signal Assist has not activated yet.

I have seen in the past that it can take up to a week to activate. If the Signal Assist hasn't activated after a week you will need to call our mobile team on 0800 800 150 so they can chase this up for you.

Thanks Matt, I have called and it has now been activated. It has a constant green light, I am not sure if it is working as calls are still dropping signal. I have switched my phone on and off, I have checked that my phone is set properly using BT site and I have the latest updates. Should I be seeing anything on my phone to identify it is working. I have a Samsung galaxy s7 edge.
