Having this issue in 2 postcode areas . The BT status checker just shows broadband and landline status not mobile. Am I looking in the right place ?
Welcome back to the Community and thank you for posting. I'm sorry you've been experiencing issues with your mobile service.
If you take a look at Coverage checker, it will give you a good indication of what the Mobile signal should be like in the postcodes affected.
If the checker is saying there should be good coverage then it might be worthwhile reporting a fault through the mobile section of your MyBT
