I ported my mobile on the 16th Feb 2021 told it would happen by 18th Feb 2021 - it hasn't happened yet 20/02/21! Can't even make outgoing calls on my new sim (lost that this morning) no one in BT knows why.
I have been told to wait until Monday.
Not hopeful - lets hope it works on Monday

No one can ring me at moment - can't access some of my bank account.
Why O Why did I switch!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I ported from O2 to BT albeit many years ago now, it did take longer than I expected but my O2 SIM worked more or less up to the very last, have you tried yours (O2)
Number porting only happens between Monday-Friday, not over a weekend at all. I imagine it's probably linked to some other kind of issue.
If your O2 sim has been disconnected then the number has probably moved to BT, which would back up the theory that there's another issue causing your calls to be failing.
