Question about BT Mobile and non-EU Roaming

Hello.  I'm thinking about moving to BT Mobile when my contract with Voda ends later this year.   I see that when roaming in non-EU countries it is possible to buy a daily data add-on, but there is no mention of whether there are call and text roaming add-ons available.  Does that mean that  when, say, in the USA or New Zealand, or other countries, that all calls and texts have to be paid for individually as opposed to be wrapped up in a roaming package?

Hi @Wilf21 Thanks for posting your question. Yes, calls and texts would be charged at the international rate. The only add on for non-EU countries is the data add on you've seen. If you were to use an app like WhatsApp to call and text then that would be using data instead of the mobile network.
