We'll need to check your account to find out what happened. Going by what Quidco have said it appears that the order did track back to them, which is a good thing. It's possible that your first order was cancelled and later replaced. If that's the case, I'm sorry it happened. It would also mean that it should be pretty straightforward for us sort for you. However; with the Bank Holiday weekend it'll take us a bit longer than normal before we find out if/when you are getting it.
