Cant change parental controls and spend management for 1 of my 3 family SIMS

I have the same prob i have personalised my number and still i can't change parental control on1 of the 3 bt sims i have help plz

Hi @Biggie91, welcome to the forum, and thanks for posting. I've moved your post to create your own thread as the previous thread is already solved.

I'm sorry that you're not able to manage the parental controls for one of your sims. I take it you are able to manage it ok on the other sims? Also what happens when you try to manage the controls ie do you get an error or does the screen not move on?

Doesn't that screenshot contain private information - just what the scammers need!
