I am new to this forum and in fact BT.
I ordered a 15gb SIM only contract in January which went live on January 15th.
I received an email on February 11th staying my free JBL Headphones any time soon.
I engaged in a chat session a couple of days ago and was told a complaint would be raised and BT would contact be in 24 to 48 hours.
I wouldn't call it a complaint but how long should I wait for these. The headphones were a factor that moved me from many years with EE.
