Can someone chase up my headphones as well please??
Also over 30 days since SIM activated, 30 days were up on 9th Feb I think.
So still nothing from BT regarding my JBL headphones unfortunately.
My SIM contract went live 9/10th January so 30 day cooling off period has been and gone and a further 30 days has now passed on top of the cooling off period and no further update.
Could someone possibly look into this for me please?

Hi, unfortunately i am still to receive my headphones. I previously had a call following a private message exchange to advise these were now being sent (mid March), however I still don't have anything. I appreciate things may have been held up with coronavirus issues, however if someone can check and let me know please? Thanks
