I hope this finds you well? I also took out a new Black Friday SIM only contract in November 2019 and am yet to receive my soundbar. I was not however aware of this forum and I have been shunted from pillar to post since January, leaving emails with email@example.com , using online chat and speaking to a number of BT staff on the phone, all to no avail.
