If you have altered the setting on your mobile Parental Controls (not your broadband parental controls), then you would normally have to restart your phone to clear any cached DNS settings.
Not sure what else we can suggest.
I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.
If you have turned them off through your BT ID then it would point to an issue on our side. We'll need to get it looked into and sorted for you. Click on my user name and then click on contact the mods. You won't be able to see this using the mobile view so please switch to the full site view once you have clicked on my user name.
