Hi David,

I'm having the exact same problem, as well as not being able to see my personal offers, when I get "Hi David. Sorry, but at the moment we can only show personalised deals for customers who already have broadband with us." I have FTTP which i've seen posted elsewhere as a known issue?

Can you help?
