It seems there are quite a few posts about problems wit the reward cards but none that seem to help.
I have already got my card for my broadband and was able to get that activated just fine.
However my mobile reward card - On the purecard site I add the relevant details and it says an activation code has been sent out but I don't receive one (this is three days in).
There is nothing in my spam folder and I am yet to receive a response from the pure card support team.
Anybody else had similar issues, and was it only patience that resolved it?
