It seems there are quite a few posts about problems wit the reward cards but none that seem to help.
I have already got my card for my broadband and was able to get that activated just fine.
However my mobile reward card - On the purecard site I add the relevant details and it says an activation code has been sent out but I don't receive one (this is three days in).
There is nothing in my spam folder and I am yet to receive a response from the pure card support team.
Anybody else had similar issues, and was it only patience that resolved it?
It's good to see you back on the Community. I'm sorry you haven't been able to activate your Reward Card.
If you contact the Reward Team they'll be able to help you with the activation of your card.
