@JSB54

Is this a BT Mobile phone on contract?

You may have to replace the phone yourself, if its still in a contract.

Re: Samsung A20e - water problem!!

You could try removing the battery and place the phone in a tupperware tub filled with uncooked rice. Place the phone in the tub and surround it with the rice. Don't submerge it in the rice. Place a lid on the tub and leave it for preferably 48 hours but at the least over night.

The rice should absorb any water and aid the evaporation process.

Once the time has elapsed, reassemble ad try turning the phone on. If it doesn't work part from the phone being u/s all you have lost is packet of rice.
