Samsung Galaxy S10 pre orders

Just wondering if anybody actually knows when BT will be sending out the pre ordered handsets. Tbey've been released today yet they still only show as pre order on the website & theres no indication of when they'll actually be sent

Never mind, have managed to speak to live chat who have advised it'll be delivered by COP Wednesday apparently the delivery to BT by Samsung has been delayed. Nice of BT to let us know of course...........

No, still waiting. I did try to get an update a couple of days ago but nobody could tell me anything so I'm just waiting & seeing.

I gather it's not just a BT issue too

I contacted samsung direct and they said the phone is in stock and they have no issues. So it is BT who is messing around.

I ordered as well , still nothing .... And they told me they still have no info when they will get it . If you ckeck at the shop btw , for full price the phone was out of stock , now its available again . Dont get it whats going on ....

Just a fresh update , after many phone calls etc , i received an email about the delivery , Tomorrow i should get it, hope you get it soon as well .
