Signal Degradation

I've moved from sim only deal to a new contract. My signal is at most, non existant. The amount of calls I'm missing and also SMS won't deliver half the time unless I'm holding the handset at a certain window. For the money I pay for the contract and not to be able to use as I should is a great hindrance.would have been easier to only use land-line. I'm in a city location (Glasgow) in a newly built property. None of this seems to matter. The signal is disgusting. BT please advise me on this issue. All the antenna's in this area and seem to get stuck with a lemon.

@jdocherty01 I'm really sorry about the problems you're having with your signal. If you get in touch with the mobile helpdesk on this link they'll be able to check if there are any problems with the antenna's close to your home.
