I'm after some help if you can, few years ago I got my dad a sim on my account as he was in hospital.
He has now passed away a week or so ago.
Now my question can I cancel the sim or cut the plan down to next to nothing ?

I'm sorry to hear that your Dad has passed away. I know this has been a difficult time for you and your family.
If you call the Mobile team on 0800 169 1663, they'll be able to help you with getting that plan removed.
Please give them a call and let me know how you get on?
