Hey - I recently moved and set up the transfer of my BT services to my new address - this happened effortlessly on the 17th October 2022. However, since that date my phone is no longer working - I can not make calls, receive calls or send text messages? I have tried to link BT as my network provider but it won't let me. What am I doing wrong?
Check the colour of the "Mobile" tile in MyBT, if it's not in full colour then the service has possibly been cancelled
