Hmm, just about to transfer all my families phones over from vodafone to BT, based on the good sim only family deals. However i'm wondering if i should have researched this more first? I received 2 sims and needed to activate one straight away. all the advertising says it takes a few minute to 3 hrs.. afetr 3 hours i contacted chat - no, its between 3-24hrs. and this morning i'm told there is a technical problem with BT...and it should be sorted very soon.. still no activation..phone is unlocked, ready and waiting. as is customer...
