Once your minimum terms ends for a sim only contract, you automatically move to a rolling 30 day contract, the price and allowance remains the same.
You have the option to change promotion or upgrade to a handset plan, ring 0800 800 150 and speak with the Value or Loyalty team, they'll let you know what's available.
Hi @Leesharpe The only thing I can add is you will get an email (assuming that is in your preferences) notifying you that your contract is ending. It will include a telephone number to call to discuss your options.
