I wonder if anyone would advice on the awful position I seem to have got myself in with BT. I have had a SIM only a/c for around a year. Then I ordered a Samsung Galaxy 7 Edge from the BT shop (£603) They also send a new Nano Sim for it.
The phone came yesterday and I put the Nano and a memory card in it and tried to activate it online.
In the meantime I was trying to set up the phone after charging it,but I could not get it to work. I have a Samsung Galaxy tablet so am pretty used to it but the phone wont start. I chatted to a BT assistant and she said there was a fault, I am waiting to see my Cousin tommorow to ask him if it is faulty and I will send it back.
At the moment I dont have any mobile service at all. What should I do @scunny
