My mum has BT Broadband with 1 family SIM (1GB). I have BT Broadband with 2 family SIMs (6GB). My contract is cheaper than hers, but that's another story!
However, my account has my mother's mobile number attached to the second SIM and her account has my wife's mobile number. My wife would benefit from the extra data. BT have advised there is no way to switch the numbers around on the account. Surely there must be a way?
Does anyone have any helpful way that I can ask BT to sort this out?
