System busy message

Just changed to BT from Vodafone, have PAC codes all sorted and today, Monday 23/11/20, should have my old number applied. I've tried to call out but I get a system busy, please try later message. I cannot call 150, or the 0800 number, in fact can't call any number. Text messages are also telling me they're the wrong format and won't send.

Thanks for your post and welcome back!

Sorry for the delay with your existing number being applied to your BT SIM.  I realise it has been a couple of days since you posted this.  Is everything resolved now?

Hi, thanks for getting in touch. Monday was a bit tense as I had no ability to ring out and, I think, no one was able to contact me, As I found out later it was because the number was being imported back in.

All sorted now thanks
