Text from another EU country

While in Portugal I cannot receive texts from another EU country. Texts I send are received.

Hi @swann511, welcome to the forum, and thanks for posting. I'm sorry you're having this problem when abroad. 

You should call in on 0800 800 150 and speak with the BT Mobile helpdesk as they're best placed to help fix this for you.

Thank you for your answer I will call when I am back in the UK, I dont want to call from abroad and spend a long time waiting call to be answered
