Hi @swann511, welcome to the forum, and thanks for posting. I'm sorry you're having this problem when abroad.
You should call in on 0800 800 150 and speak with the BT Mobile helpdesk as they're best placed to help fix this for you.

Hi @JohnC2 Thank you for your answer I will call when I am back in the UK, I dont want to call from abroad and spend a long time waiting call to be answered
