The System is Busy after transferring old number to new BT SIM

I sent in my PAC a couple of days ago, and I've just put my new sim in since I realised my old one was disabled, it found the network and now says BT, but when I try to make a call, all I get is "The system is busy". Will this go away soon on it's own? I'm travelling next week and really don't want to be without phone service.

phone CS 150 or 0800800150 from mobile and see if they can help you
