Third party services

Why can't I use third party services I have a 50 pound limit on my account and have premium services enabled but all of services I try to use reject my payment i never had this problem with o2 I've spoke to customer service who say I have no restrictions also spoke to the provider of the service and they're saying it's on BTs end

Welcome to this user forum.

 

At a guess, I would say that the limit that is set on your mobile account, is there just to cover phone and data costs, not third party payment charges, its not credit, like a bank account would be.
