Trying to buy a sim only subscription from BT.com, but getting error at the shopping cart . . .

I keep getting the same error message when I try to buy a sim contract.  I get this message.  could you show me how to solve this challenge.

Hi @gorourke88,

It's good to see you back on the Community and thank you for posting.

I'm sorry you haven't been able to place your order online. When you try and place your order, are you getting a message along the lines of "As a security precaution we've stopped your online journey as the landline number in your My BT account is different to your actual number."?
