I have been trying to reset the password for about five days now and keep getting a error please see photo. I have tried using allsorts of password options and the system keeps coming up with the red error 😞
As I cant access my Quietly Loud account I cant get to the messages you sent me and prove tthat as far as you were concerned my Reward Card was on its way. Can you look back in your history find the details and chase the issue up please?
I'm not trying to be awkward but only one username is permitted per customer so I would like to help you get access to the original username first. If you've tried that and it won't work I'll get you the link sorted for this profile and will disable the original username.
We don't hold your personal data locally for too long so I can't look up your details from several months ago
In regards to the Reward Card I clicked on the link in the post I made earlier in this thread and it loads a page that says the reard has expired please see photo below. However you can see by what I said in February that I thought the isue was resolved.

Yes I have deleted cookies etc and dtried different weeb browsers on different computers and my phone.
Okay given my original account has infformation I need in it can you help me get access back to that account please?

The email account I used for the @QuietlyLoud account is getting sent alerts when people post to this thread so I can confirm I am using the right email address.
When I reset the password for @QuietlyLoud2 it went through okay.
Could you please let me know who I need to contact to get a copy of all my emails, community posts and Personal messages (held by BT) under the rules of Data Protection thank you. I need the information they contain because I can no longer find things like the date I activated the Sim and the online reward card contact form requires I have this.
Also please be aware I have disabled and this makes having phone conversations difficult and is why I prefer to use this method of communication
