Two SIM cards needed.

Go to solution

We're looking to switch providers and have found a package that we like but within that package there is only an option to order one SIM. Since we have a phone each, we need a SIM card for each phone. Is that possible? If so, any hints on how to order two would be appreciated.

When ordering online you have to place seperate orders.  You may be able to order two at the same time if you call them.

After you have activated sim one you can log into mybt and order a second sim on the same account there.

Hi @Lolpf,

Thanks for your posts and welcome back!

We do offer a service called Family SIM.  I understand you're considering moving your services over to us and you wanted the option to order two SIM cards.  This is possible with Family SIM and the more you order the more discount you'll get Smiley Happy

Check this link for more info:  Family SIM deals

Cheers,

Robbie
