I am unable t activate my SIM card using the instructions given.
I have tried visiting www.bt.com/go and www.bt.com/mymobile (both redirect to the same page).
I get the following error:
Something's gone wrong.
Error while fetching your account details. Please try again

I cannot afford to wait days as I commute daily and I need to be online while travelling.
@arjun_toor I'm really sorry about the problem you've had activating your sim card. I'd recommend you get in touch with the BT Mobile chat team on this link to get this issue reported.
